Profile photo for Rahul Soni Rahul Soni is the Principal Lawyer at Soni Law Firm. He received his Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Toronto in 2009. His strong academic performance earned him the coveted University of Toronto Entrance Scholarship and Queen Elizabeth II: Aiming for the Top Scholarship. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2013, where he received the Honours Scholarship totaling 75% of his tuition. In law school, he received numerous academic awards, was on honour roll for every term, and served as the Senior Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Law Review. Rahul began his legal practice with a civil litigation firm based in downtown Toronto. His extensive courtroom experience and passion for helping victims led him to form Soni Law Firm: a civil litigation firm focused in the areas of employment law, labour law, and personal injury law. He has successfully represented his clients at the Superior Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Small Claims Court. Rahul is an active member of the legal and broader community. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Law Society of Upper Canada, and Ontario Bar Association Labour and Employment Section.
