He has successfully helped clients navigate various workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissals, severance packages, employment contracts, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, employer retaliation, human rights complaints and regulatory/provincial offences charges. Sezar has represented his clients before various courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, as well the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and Labour Relations Board. In addition to employment law, Sezar also practices immigration law, where he provides a wide-range of services, including citizenship applications, work permits, study permits, visitor visas, permanent resident applications (family sponsorship and economic immigration classes), refugee claims applications and immigration appeals (removal orders, inadmissibility). Sezar is able to provide his clients with effective, timely and personalized services in all employment law and immigration law matters. Sezar pursued his legal studies at the University Of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. After graduation, Sezar worked in a full-service law firm as a civil litigation lawyer for several years, before joining a leading employment law boutique in downtown Toronto.
